As the new year begins, people set resolutions to better themselves for the upcoming months. A New Year’s resolution is a promise a person makes for the new year. Regardless of what resolution you commit to, the goal is to improve life in the coming year. Resolutions can come in many forms. Some people make a promise to change a bad habit, such as quitting smoking or eating less junk food. Setting yourself a resolution is a good way to help you reflect on what’s important to you, clear your mind and focus on who you want to become. Many different ideas for one could be to do a random act of kindness a day, pursue weight loss, to eat healthier, focus on your personal goals, and many more extreme or extremely simple adjustments. It is suggested that you simply come up with one or a few resolutions to better and achieve your personal goals in the future and to make this year count. A new year is the perfect time to work on a better you.
