April lunch schedule

Missed what’s for lunch the previous week? Here is what you missed out on last week.

  • -On Monday, April 9th, homemade macaroni and cheese is being served with a roll, celery sticks, corn, and  frozen sorbet
  • For the following day, April 10th, soft shell tacos are being served with Mexican rice, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and refried beans.
  • Wednesday, the 11th, boneless wings are being served with a roll, green snap peas, tater tots, and an apple.
  • To continue the week, Thursday, its sub bar day, being served with celery sticks with peanut butter, cold baked beans, and a banana.
  • To end the week on Friday, the 13th, pizza bar is being served with a tossed salad, steamed carrots, and crunchy grapes.

Different things are served every day at AHS, along with breakfast being available to everyone in the morning. For the following current week, different things are being served for lunch at Alpena High School.

  • Monday, the 16th, lasagna roll ups are being served with garlic bread, grape tomatoes, and California blend vegetables.
  • Tuesday, the 17th, being served is chicken quesadillas along with Mexican rice, baby carrots, corn, and a banana. Wednesday, baked chicken is being served with a roll, baked beans, cauliflower, and grapes.
  • Thursday, the 19th, is a half day for students, while sack lunches will be available to purchase at the end of the day.
  • On Friday, people have the choice between a grilled ham and cheese or a grilled cheese, along with tomato soup, steamed broccoli, and celery sticks.
